This full-body workout combines simplified ballet moves with Pilates principles, with a focus on isometric movements. No prior dance experience is required! This class will ebb and flow from cardio to sculpting to keep your heart rate up, while toning your muscles. Equipment: Chair or Countertop to use as your “barre," Mat, Light hand weights (optional), Grip socks (optional)
