Can you hold it? Well we are about to find out. In this work out we will use isometric holds to work on our endurance to contract a Muscle for long periods of time. The goal it’s to work through our mental as well as physical health and push for a healthier self. The circuit style workout will really challenge the core as well as full body. As always equipment is optional and working through body weight is perfectly fine for this session.
