We will transform your back muscles by doing variations of back movements with light weight dumbbells in 3 rounds of 30, 45, 60 seconds intervals. Alternating lying dumbbell row, dumbbell bent over rows, dumbbell stiff deadlifts, dumbbell renegade row and dumbbell pullovers.
