We are almost at the end of Week #2 to the “Lean Queen Muscle Building Machines” Program! Look at how far you have come. Lucky for you today we are putting the weights down and focusing on our Body Weight Strength in these isolated moves. Let’s see how long you can Hold It! To create an ideal environment for correct movement patterns and muscular endurance. Not only does this perfect the anterior and posterior to our entire Kinetic Chain or (Human Movement System) but it also highlights areas of dominance and weakness. Now that we are aware of our strongholds we can work toward strengthening them. Start here with me and whatever you do keep on HOLDING!
