Come kick it for a 30 minute dance & weight session! If you like you dance AND lift weights, this class is definitely for you. Beginners welcome! We will alternative between dance to hip hop & R&B and strength building with weights. Workouts that build your self confidence and strength can be done in 30 minutes!
