Start the New Year here with Low to High Intensity Interval (HIIT:) workouts that are fat burning and form focused. Monica at www.movementaloha.com focuses on strengthening the Core while evolving with her classmates, taking requests, offering modifications, and progressing safely together to honor mind, body, and spirit. Get "LIVE" workouts and encouragement from a personal coach! We may begin the session from the warm up room, so come early and I look forward to MOVING with you😍!
