Get ready for a quick 30 min HIIT class. This is a high intensity interval training class that will get your heart pumping and body burning some serious calories. ****Our classes are all different. Sometimes we use kettlebells (or dumbells), mini bands, or regular resistance bands. And sometimes we use our own body weight. All exercises can be performed without equipment.
