Description

Burn 25-30% more calories with High Intensity Interval Training (and in less time!) We will alternate between periods of high intensity and recovery, (plus a core blaster in between sets), challenging our entire bodies while hitting the deck for some classic total body burning moves with a twist! BONUS: Your body will continue to burn calories even AFTER this workout!
