High Intensity Interval Training meets the muscle sculpting exercises of Barre! In this 30 minute class Plie, Passe, Pulse, and Lunge your way through this energizing set to the beat class. We will go breathless with some interval training so you will continue to be a fat burning machine long after class is over! Just because it's high intensity, doesn't mean it's high impact! These moves can remain low impact so your joints will stay happy!
