Love running? Hate running? Seasoned runner? Never ran before? This class is for you! This class will incorporate the basic structure of a HIIT or Tabata workout and running. Improve your aerobic (with oxygen) and anaerobic (without oxygen) endurance, increase your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max), and thus your running performance. 👟
