High Intensity Interval Training; 45 seconds work to 15-20 seconds rest; a mix of cardio and strength circuits to help improve your endurance and burn calories. Class starts with a 4-5 minute warm up and ends with a 4-5 minute cool down stretch. Dumbbells of different weight are not required but recommended to get the most benefit out of this class. Always have water to hydrate-you will be sweating! #HIIT #stength #cardio #highintensity #bringit
