Quick n' dirty thirty! We get in, hit it hard, and get about our day. Expect a fast-paced, mostly body weight, good hard sweat. Modifications offered. We will be up and down from the floor quite a bit and doing some light dumbbell work that is plenty challenging without the dumbbells. So a mat and dumbbells are nice to have but you'll get plenty of work without them!
Light dumbbells (2.5-8#) and mat recommended, but not required. A second set of slightly heavier dumbbells (10-15#) is great to have handy as well.
