Description

This is a high energy workout combining all of the latest group exercise formats. Boost your energy and increase your metabolism for the rest of the day. We start with a 3 minute warm up, followed by 3 groups of 3 strengthening exercises with bouts of cardio in between for a total body workout.

Equipment Required

3 different sets of dumbbells - light, medium and heavy or weighted objects, a mat, a stability ball and a bottle of water
