In this 30 min class we will work upper and lower body muscle groups in conjunction and moving to the beat. All exercises are done back-to-back in a super set fashion so that your heart rate gets pumping to get the greatest intensity for your workout!
2-3 sizes of dumbbells (recommend light, medium and heavy)
