We will have 3 x 10-minute intervals with breaks in between, and I will give you several cardio technique choices. By cardio, I simply mean movements intending to elevate your heart rate, cause you to heat up ,and breathe more heavily. In each 10-minute period you will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced repetition goal to try and accomplish. The whole point of this process is for you to keep your tempo up and stay moving!
