Named by a class participant, Hella Reps offers an experience similar to Bodypump by combining low/moderate weights with high repetitions to create a full-energy, tempo-driven strength workout. This 30-minute class includes a Warm-up, Leg section, and three additional sections which rotate from week to week (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, or Core) and winds down with a much-welcomed Cool-down. This class utilizess dumbbells, anywhere from 3-10 lbs (or beyond, if you are into that sort of thing! LOL!) Everyone feels mighty accomplished after a round of Hella Reps, and you will, too!
