Welcome to where we focus on what you will do. First, get a piece of paper and on the left side write down all the nutrition advice you've heard and know to do, but refuse to do. Then on the right side, write down the things you will do. Focus on one of the "will do this" each week. The program pillars focus on Macros, Mindset, and Muscle. This link contains free/low-cost solutions I recommend regarding MACROS, MINDSET and MUSCLE. We have Health Huddles every Thursday at 6 pm eastern or by appointment.
