Description

In this class you can expect an accommodating practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork and a manageable pace. This allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, making the practice accessible to yogis of all levels. Please have props handy, a blanket, pillow, blocks (or books), a strap and a pole or broom handle if you need assistance in balance postures.
