Let get a good morning routine flowing! Our class will start with a pranayama session to help us get into the moment. We will follow with a nice flow to move our body. We will finish with a meditation. Because we don't always have the time to to a full one hour, this class will last for about 45 minutes. Let's start our day with the right mindset in a healthy body! Bring your mat or work on a relatively soft surface. Have a couple of blocks ready to help with postures.
