Description

Increase your heartrate, strengthen your muscles and burn lots of calories! First half cardio at your own intensity. Second half of class we'll grab our weights and use our intervals to help us get the most out of a strength and resistance workout. You can jump to your heart's content :) or take each cardio interval into a low-impact move. Either way, work at your level to increase your heart rate. Equipment Required

heavy/medium/light weights recommended- any weights that you have will work. Loop resistance bands are sometimes used during the cardio and strength sections.
