Increase your heartrate, strengthen your muscles and burn lots of calories! First half cardio at your own intensity. Second half of class we'll grab our weights and use our intervals to help us get the most out of a strength and resistance workout. You can jump to your heart's content :) or take each cardio interval into a low-impact move. Either way, work at your level to increase your heart rate.
