Welcome to the Guiltyfitness 4-week Bootcamp Challenge. This challenge will consist of 3 live 30-45 workouts a week for four weeks! Don't worry about missing a workout they will be delivered to your email after the class finishes. We will be focusing on full body Hiit workouts guaranteed to burn some serious calories and Fat! The WINNER that keeps up their consistency and shows us what they are made of will receive a FREE 8 session (In Person Or virtual ) (1:1 Training Package ) with Guiltyfitness! You will need a pair of Dumbbells, a mat and some water for each workout. Class schedule will go as following 1/3 930 am 1/5 6pm 1/7 6 pm 1/10 930 am 1/12 6pm 1/14 6pm 1/17 930 am 1/19 6pm 1/21 6pm 1/24 930a 1/26 6pm 1/28 9am .You will need to take before and after pictures. As will as a beginning weight before the challenge starts! Let's get ready to turn up guys ! I cannot wait to see you guys bust a sweat with me.
