GUIDED MEDITATION: ( age 14+) This is a form of guided meditation / Yoga Nidra practice can be done seated or laying down. Helps to release daily stress and anxiety. Great for your mind and body. In this practice I will guide you through your breath awareness , mindfulness, chakras awareness and body awareness.

Pillow , 2 rolled towels
