Description

Mindful movement is a 20 minute total body class with a focus on functional strength building, mobility and flexibility. This class is appropriate for everyone because modifications are provided for each exercise with plenty of feedback and coaching from the instructor. Monday: Upper Body Strength Wednesday: Lower Body Strength Friday: Flexibility and Core
