GO FIIT (Fun Intense Interval Training) is a high intensity and resistance style fitness training class, made up of fun games and challenges to get you to burn the most calories possible in just 30 mins! In which, the more calories your burn the more potential fat (or weight) you can lose. Depending on your fit level you can burn 200-500+ calories. Plus, with a different workout everyday, keeps you bursting through those fitness and progress plateaus! This class helps you tone up, build lean muscle, gain strength, and boost your energy/stamina. In which for best results I suggest to come for at least 3-5 days a week. Go Fiit is for all fitness levels from starters to very experienced and is done at your own pace and fitness level (not a start at a high level or be or do like everyone else). The workouts are done via using your own body weight but weights, etc can be easily incorporated easily. Join and get in on the fit fun!
