Description

Charge your body up with interval cardio work!! Also, build your buns with sculpting exercises for a nice shapely behind! We begin with a nice warm up to get your body ready for toning and sculpting! Finally, we will complete the workout with some feel good stretching! Please register at least 30 minutes before class! Select a date to join a LIVE group session that you can do from the comfort of your own home. No equipment required! Once you've registered for a class you will receive an email sharing details of your chosen session, as well as a ZOOM link that will connect you to the class, when it's time. Questions?
