Description

Welcome to “Weight It Out” which is a program designed to tackle Upper Body and Lower Body while attacking fat through weight lifting and raising the heart rate based on the style of the workout. Cardio is included and is asked that on days we don’t work together you perform at least 45 mins to 1 hour of steady state cardio (walks, bike rides). Most of the workouts in this program are a Giant Set form (more than 1 exercise back-to-back). The purpose is to allow little rest to avoid out body from adapting and to make changes. We will be using weights & increasing weight over time. This workout program will have modifications and is made for those willing to challenge themselves. Most exercises are intermediate to advanced and all that means is if you have been working out for 2+ months consistently you will be the most comfortable in terms of my classes.
