Glute Building (A set of strong Glutes never hurt anyone)!! Want a solid workout that targets the core and glutes? This class will go through proper exercise technique and help you shape the core and glutes that you deserve. This sweat induced class uses free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target your legs with all the waves and flows.
