You will need ankle weights (optional), a yoga mat, a yoga block, and maybe a thin blanket in this course. We will flow through each pose, emphasizing the gluteus maximus and abdominal muscles, holding certain poses for extended intervals, and doing repetitions to feel the burn. We will sweat, we will flow, we will burn some calories!
