Connect with the women/girls you love in this #MomTime basic Barre class. Invite your mom, daughter, sister, niece, best friend, or all of the above and then participate together no matter how far apart you may be! We'll open with prayer & Scripture, then move on to a warm up, vertical conditioning, core on the floor, finishing with a cool down stretch.
