Description

17 Min. quick combination of Total Body Exercises done in 30 sec. intervals and 15 sec. rest in between making this a get it and get out quick workout when you are press for time but still pushing the muscles to its limits with the shorter rest periods in between. Just because it’s short it doesn’t mean it’s not effective.

Equipment Required

Light to medium weight, something to hold for balance, a optional chair or bench, towel, water and your mat.
