Description

This is a strength and HIIT type workout for busy people. If you only have 30 minutes, I will give you a great total body workout. Weights are preferred but not required. If you have a yoga mat, great! If not, a towel would do. Join me for a fitness class for those busy people out there! I am just starting out so if you enjoy yourself, please donate and tell your friends!
