Description

Ease into your week by focusing inward, using breath and body awareness to recenter and revitalize yourself. We'll start with breath and mudra practice, move on to an asana sequence, and finish with a restorative pose or two and rest. This class is for all levels, with variations and modifications given for differing abilities, along with suggestions for prop use.
