GENTLE YOGA + PILATES : ( 16+ beginners and seniors) This floor Yoga and Pilates is designed for the beginners and individuals who like stretching and strengthening . It also helps with knee/shoulder issues, back problems and those recovering from injuries. It is a yoga practice that comprises breathing, warmups and a lot of deep stretching on the floor with instructional modification. Pilates workout is included along with weights ( modifications are always taught) to strengthen your full body. Weights are optional.
