GENTLE YOGA +PILATES : ( 14+beginners/ seniors) It is a Yin form of therapeutic floor yoga designed for beginners and people who like slow paced practice. It also helps individuals with knee and shoulder issues, back problems and those recovering from injuries. It is a yoga practice that comprises breathing, warmups and a lot of deep stretching on the floor with instructional modification. I am also adding few Pilates workout along with weights ( modifications are always taught) in this class to strengthen your body. Weights are always optional.
