This is a foundational, yet powerful yoga class where we weave asana with other movement, designed to recalibrate your stress level and assist you with self care, mindfulness while developing strength, flexibility and balance. All wins for all levels of experience. Feel free to intensify or customize any of the practice to meet you where you feel inclined to go.
