This gentle, nourishing class which will leave you feeling rested, refreshed & ready to begin your weekend! All levels are welcome. You'll need two firm blankets. Cotton or wool work well. Optional: Blocks, strap

Equipment Required

A blanket, blocks & strap. If you don't have these, don't worry! You can use the wall instead of blocks, a scarf or robe belt instead of a strap, and a towel or two if you can't find a nice firm blanket.
