In Gentle Yoga we explore widely accessible yoga poses, flows, and breathwork with the goals of creating greater physical mobility and stability, calming the nervous system, and focused awareness (aka mindfulness). We start low to the ground for breathwork and then link breath with gentle movement, eventually making our way to hands-and-knees and/or seated poses, and eventually explore a few gentle (accessible) standing balance poses. Class typically ends with restorative work and a nice long savasana. Enjoy!

Ideally a yoga mat and blanket.
