Grow longer and stronger with this class that blends gentle yoga and stretching techniques. This class will focus on improving flexibility, balance and range-of-motion. Perfect for seniors or anyone with limited range of motion or ability. *Please sign up at least an hour before class time. Message me if you have any special considerations or injuries.*

Equipment Required

Yoga mat or large beach towel, water, hand towel. Optional: yoga blocks (or sturdy stack of books) , blanket, yoga strap or belt
