Start out your day gently. Breathing, stretching, moving, balancing, strengthening, relaxing & releasing. Practice at your own level of comfort for each pose. I give cues to ramp it up or take it easier. Each class is unique & designed to bring a particular focus to the mind or body. You'll be open & aware, ready to start the day with focus & positivity because you feel so good! I encourage the use of props to help your body align & modify for any issues you might be dealing with & to avoid over-stretching. Blocks (2) , strap/belt/ties, & a blanket to sit on are all helpful to have. If you don't have them, books, chair or couch cushions & towels all work. We will take the last 5-10 minutes to unwind in relaxation pose to integrate all your wonderful work into a feeling of wholeness & contentment.
