Description

A slow, gentle flow, available to MOST practitioners. This 45-minute practice is good for a wake me up or post workout (weights, run or walk) to connect breathwork & full range of motion stretches.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat or towel. Yoga blocks and straps are helpful but not mandatory.
