Full Function trains you for life. If you fear of falling or injuring yourself through everyday movements then this class is for you. If you are an athlete looking to ramp up their fitness then this is also for you! This class is essential to everyone's workout routine. This class starts with a brief yoga flow then moves into a series of balance, core and mobility moves. Stretching is sprinkled in for optimal recovery.
