This is a full body strength class using dumbbells. We will hit all the muscle groups, and everything is low impact! You go at your own pace, and do what feels good for you. I will walk you through proper form and demonstrate each movement as we go along. Not a cardio class, but be prepared to sweat! Open to all fitness levels, everyone is welcome and you can make it your own. If you're participating in the Start Strong 10-day Challenge, this is the Day #8 workout!

Equipment Required

Dumbbells, varying sizes if you have them, or equally weighted household items like bottles of water, cans, etc.
