Join me for an afternoon Yin class that will allow you to relax into the body and provide healing energy to go into your weekend. Yin is the perfect opposition to your regualr daily cardio workout. With yin, we hold postures for at least 90 seconds up to 5 minutes, in order to get into the deep connective tissues of the body. It helps to reduce injury risk and increase flexibility and release tension and fascia.
