Sandbag Pathos trains military and law enforcement specifically in a 5 Day/week, training cycle. This program trains strength, endurance, tactical agility, and chassis integrity (core) with a sandbag. These workouts will include military musi videos to build an inspirational and patriotic atmosphere as well as combat stress educational videos. On Wednesdays and Fridays, we will be doing more speed work and strength training that enhances performance on Marine Combat Fitness Tests (CFT) season to help Marines out there train for it.

Equipment Required

Sig Sauer requires a fully outfitted functional fitness gym familiar to a military/law enforcement gym/field. A home/garage-based functional fitness or CrossFit Gym utilizing Free Gym Time would work too. 18-20 in box/step up bench Pull up bar 40/60 lb sandbags Small Field for Running Drills 2 x field markers (cones, etc.) Plan for outdoor or large indoor space workouts.
