Today's class will be offered for anybody looking to get a workout designed for military tactical training. We are looking for donations in honor of Freedom Fitness America which is the non-profit we run to train military members to be physically, mentally, and spiritually prepared for the difficult realities of military operations as well as the challenges of everyday life. You can learn more by going to this video: Today's class we'll be doing the Zachary Tellier Hero WOD ( Warmup/Stretch, then: For Time 10 Burpees 10 Burpees 25 Push-Ups 10 Burpees 25 Push-Ups 50 Lunges 10 Burpees 25 Push-Ups 50 Lunges 100 Sit-Ups 10 Burpees 25 Push-Ups 50 Lunges 100 Sit-Ups 150 Air Squats During the workout, we'll be listening to inspirational veteran/military thought leader content to include Admiral McRaven's "Make Your Bed" speech and content from Jocko Willink.
