Combine the best of Foam Rolling and Yoga! Use your Foam Roller to prepare the body for yoga, as well as integrate it into your yoga practice! Strengthen your core, improve your balance in all planes, and feel better while having fun! Janine loves to play with the Foam Roller during her yoga practice and she shares her creativity with you in this class!

Equipment Required

A foam roller, short or long is fine. If you are new to foam rolling, you might want to start with a slightly softer roller. They are available at most sporting goods stores as well as online.
