Description

This class is designed to improve mobility and increase strength through stretching and conditioning exercises. Exercises used are based off of yoga, gymnastics, and acrobatics. A mat is recommended, but not required. Some clients may also prefer to stretch in socks.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
