Fitness Pilates is a mixed of traditional mat Pilates principles with functional approach. This class designs for everyone who wants a low impact fitness workout to improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on integrating your muscles to maximize core stabilization and spine mobility. With regular Pilates practice, you will improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tone your body. Props are optional: dumbbells, resistance band, Pilates ring , barre ball (soft ball).
