FitCamp is a great new way to challenge your body and reach your goals in a fun, refreshing setting. FitCamp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with various forms of interval training and strength training. We’ve kept all the important parts of Personal Training and added the fun parts of Group Fitness.
